Maui Agricultural Pump Station — Design, Fabrication & Field Assembly

This project is an example of how all of Perigo Company's services can come together on a single job. We designed and fabricated a complete pump structure and plumbing system at our facility in California, engineered everything to fit inside shipping containers, then shipped it to Maui for on-site assembly. Our team supervised the assembly of the steel pump structure, plumbing connections, and tie-ins to the HDPE pipe system. The project was a major infrastructure build on a large working farm — involving structural steel framing, galvanized pipe headers, large-diameter flanged piping, pump mounts, valve assemblies, and a covered pump house. From concept through commissioning, Perigo handled design, CNC fabrication, logistics, and field supervision.
