Shipping Policy

We ship via UPS, FedEx Ground, and freight carriers. Standard small-parcel items are automatically routed through the most cost-effective carrier. Large, heavy, or oversized items (pipe, large castings, outdoor structures) require freight shipping and will be quoted separately. Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders over $500 within the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may incur additional charges.

In-stock items typically ship within 1–3 business days from our California warehouse. Made-to-order products have estimated lead times listed on each product page — typically 2–6 weeks depending on complexity, materials, and production queue. Custom fabrication orders are estimated individually and confirmed in writing before production begins. Lead times are business days and do not include transit time.

Products marked "Freight Quote Required" cannot be shipped via standard parcel carriers due to size or weight. We will contact you after order placement to provide a freight quote and confirm shipping details. For large or recurring freight orders, contact us for dedicated freight pricing and scheduling. Liftgate service and inside delivery can be arranged for an additional charge.

Customers in the Central California area are welcome to pick up orders at our facility. Products eligible for local pickup are marked with a "Local Pickup Available" badge on the product page. To arrange a pickup, place your order online and select local pickup at checkout, or call ahead to confirm availability. Pickup hours are Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM PST.
