Warranty & Returns

Perigo Company warrants its manufactured products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase under normal use conditions.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, modification, normal wear and tear, or use outside the product's rated specifications. Extended warranties may be available on select product lines — contact your sales rep for details.

Unused, uninstalled, standard stock items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be in original condition and packaging. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply.

Custom fabricated, made-to-order, and specially configured products are non-returnable unless there is a documented manufacturing defect. Please inspect all orders upon receipt and report any issues within 5 business days.

• Damage from improper installation or use outside rated specifications
• Normal wear, corrosion from improper maintenance, or cosmetic damage
• Damage from acts of nature, freeze damage, or water hammer
• Products altered or repaired by anyone other than Perigo Company
• Freight damage (must be claimed with the shipping carrier at time of delivery)
