By accessing or using the Perigo Company website and placing orders, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.
2. Products & Pricing
All prices are in U.S. dollars and subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Product availability is not guaranteed and may change based on inventory and production schedules. Custom and configured products may require a separate quote process.
3. Orders & Payment
Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Payment is due at the time of purchase for standard orders. For custom fabrication orders, a deposit may be required before production begins, with the balance due upon completion or shipment.
4. Shipping & Risk of Loss
Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. Please inspect all shipments upon arrival and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Claims for freight damage must be made with the carrier at the time of delivery.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including product designs, images, text, and documentation — is the property of Perigo Company, LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Perigo Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in California.
