A configurable flush manifold assembly designed for sand media filter stations. Manifold lengths are automatically determined by the number of tanks selected. Systems are available as fabricated parts only or as a complete installation package.
What Is the FlushLine™?
Custom-fabricated manifold assembly for sand media filter stations
Available in Inline/Side-Feed and H-Pattern configurations
Compatible with 36", 48", and 60" sand media tanks
Pipe sizes from 3" to 6" in 304SS, 316SS, or galvanized mild steel
Straight drop or double-90 drop configurations for clean pad exits
Ground connections in grooved, flanged, or plain-end terminations
Built-to-order — manifold lengths automatically determined by tank count
Available as fabricated parts, connection kit, or complete turnkey package
