Perigo FlushLine™

Sand Media Flushline System

A configurable flush manifold assembly designed for sand media filter stations. Manifold lengths are automatically determined by the number of tanks selected. Systems are available as fabricated parts only or as a complete installation package.

Final layout, dimensions, and part configuration will be reviewed and confirmed by Perigo before fabrication.

Drop Configuration

Position 1 is the left end, Position 2 is the right end (viewed from the front of the system).

Double-90 drop descends close to the tanks, then turns 90° to exit off the pad to the ground connection.

Pad edge to ground connection — horizontal distance from the edge of the concrete pad to the centerline of the ground connection.

Tank center to pad edge — distance from the centerline of the tank the drop is coming from to the edge of the pad.

Tank top to ground connection — vertical distance from the tank top down to the centerline of the ground connection.
