SafeLine Screen

Self-Cleaning Safety Screen · by Perigo

The Perigo SafeLine is a next-generation safety screen for sand media filter systems, replacing traditional in-line safety screens with a more capable, more serviceable design. It installs at the end of the discharge line — so it can be serviced without breaking the line — and provides full protection against underdrain failures that allow sand to escape into the irrigation system. Standard #40 mesh, all stainless steel construction, with a larger screen surface area for longer run times between cleanings. Compatible with both manual and automatic flushing setups.

Why SafeLine?

A Better Safety Screen

Designed to solve the real problems growers face with traditional safety screens — more protection, less downtime.

Underdrain Failure Protection

Acts as the last line of defense against underdrain failures in sand media filter tanks — preventing sand and debris from reaching the field.

Larger Screen Surface Area

More surface area than a traditional safety screen means longer run times between cleanings and less maintenance intervention.

End-of-Line Install — No Line Break Required

Installs at the end of the discharge line. Service and clean it without breaking the line — far more user-friendly than traditional screens.

Manual or Automatic Flushing

Configurable for manual flush or automatic flush operation — integrate with your existing automation or keep it simple.
